At Shopping Bag, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find an exchange or process a full refund quickly.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Shopping Bag account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact, and include the printed packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Return

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
